Product Details

Your Sprinter's front cab is the most exposed part of the van. Three large windows pouring in morning sun, road glare, and desert heat, and stock plastic visors that do almost nothing. The Sandy Vans Front Cab Window Cover Bundle closes all three in one shot.

Windshield, driver door, passenger door, covered. The windshield piece uses sewn-in fiberglass rods that keep it rigid without sagging, designed to work with your sun visors lowered. The door covers lock to the metal window frames with rare earth magnets: no adhesive, no hardware, no drilling. Press them in, they hold.

Insulation is dual-layer automotive-grade XPE, so summer heat and winter cold both stay on the other side of the glass. Every cover packs into its own labeled storage bag.

No tools required for any piece in this bundle. Door covers attach via rare earth magnets pressed against the metal window frame and seat immediately. Removal is just as fast.

For the windshield cover: lower the sun visors, position the cover flush against the glass with the fiberglass rods facing inward, then raise the visors slightly to hold the top edge. The rods keep the cover rigid so it does not bow or sag.

Key check before installing: your window frames must be metal for the magnets to hold. Sprinters with plastic trim rings around the glass will not give the magnets a surface to grip. If you are unsure, reach out at products@sandyvans.com before ordering.

How to Choose the Right Window Cover Setup

1. Do you need all three front cab windows covered? If you are setting up for stealth camping or regular overnights, the full front cab blackout (windshield + both door windows) is the typical starting point. This bundle does all three in one purchase.

2. Magnet test first. Hold a fridge magnet against your Sprinter door frame. If it sticks, these covers will work. If your van has plastic trim surrounding the glass, the magnetic hold will not work, so check before ordering.

3. Climate considerations. Automotive-grade XPE handles most four-season van life conditions. For regular sub-freezing camping, a Thinsulate-layer option adds meaningful thermal resistance.

4. Bundle vs. individual. This bundle covers the windshield, driver door, and passenger door. For the rear cargo doors or sliding door, those positions are sold separately as individual window covers.
