The 907 Sprinter left the factory with bare fender arches. We fixed that.

This 4-piece Fender Flare Kit covers all four wheel arches on your 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter. It takes the hits from rocks, trail debris and daily wear so your paint doesn't, and it gives the van a finished, built look.

Fits: All 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 907 / VS30, 2WD and 4WD, 2500 and 3500.

Protection where the 907 has none

Every tire throws rocks and grit straight at the fender arch, and on the 2019+ Sprinter that's bare painted metal. A few dirt roads in, the chips start. The Sandy Vans Fender Flare Kit puts black textured TPO over all four arches to take those hits instead.

Looks like it came that way

The flares tie into the Sprinter's factory black trim, so the van looks finished and a little more capable. They're a natural match for bigger all-terrain tires like our Canyon wheel and KO3 package.

No drilling, no commitment

The kit uses pre-applied 3M VHB tape. There are no holes, no fasteners and no permanent changes to your van.

Each flare has pre-applied 3M VHB tape. Clean the arch, peel the liner, line it up and press it on. No drilling or fasteners. There's no printed manual or install video yet; reach out to our team with any questions.

Mistakes to avoid

Skipping the prep. Clean each arch with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry so the tape bonds to paint, not dirt or wax.
Sticking it down before you line it up. VHB grabs hard once it touches, so hold the flare off the paint until it's in position.
Going light on pressure. Press firmly along the whole flare once it's placed.

How to choose fender flares for your Sprinter

This kit is made for the 907 / VS30 Sprinter, 2019 and newer, in 2WD and 4WD, 2500 and 3500.

2. Drill-on or tape-on?

Some flares bolt through the body. Tape-on flares leave your sheet metal untouched.
