Our Sprinter Sidewall Capsules expand the interior width of your van up to 79.5 inches, giving taller vanlifers over 6'3" the ability to sleep comfortably east to west.
Sometimes called bump-outs or flares, these capsules push the sidewall outward just enough to allow a sideways sleeping layout. That means more usable space inside your van without sacrificing interior floor space.
Sleeping east to west frees up valuable room for storage, seating, or a more open layout while keeping the clean look and durability your build deserves.
Designed specifically for the Sprinter platform, these capsules integrate seamlessly into the body of the van for a strong, precise fit.

Sandy Vans focuses on building brand new vehicles for a turn key purchase. We are happy to do one of our layout builds in your new van! (Sprinter 2019+).
How do I reserve a build slot?
Get in touch! We have a quick turn around (typically 4-6 weeks) from first deposit to van delivery.
We are able to provide you a semi-custom van to fit your specific vision & adventure!
