What You'll Do
As a Van Builder focused on woodworking and cabinetry, you'll help bring our custom interiors to life. Your days will be spent working with your hands, solving problems and building the cabinets, furniture and finishes that make our vans feel like home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and installing custom cabinets, shelving, drawers and storage
- Cutting, assembling, sanding and finishing wood components with hand and power tools
- Installing wall panels, ceilings, trim and finish pieces for a clean, high-quality look
- Reading blueprints, templates and measurements to ensure precise fit and finish
- Working with CNC-cut parts and making adjustments as needed during assembly
- Collaborating with the build team to keep van projects efficient and on schedule
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe and organized
- Helping with general van build tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry or finish carpentry (professional or hobbyist welcome)
- Van building experience is a plus!
- Proficient with hand and power tools, including table saws, routers and sanders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, finished product
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $28.00/hr (based on experience) + optional overtime
