Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products. You will leverage your skills in sales and customer communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess experience with over-landing products/vehicles. You’ll report directly to our Sales Lead, Tanner, and play a vital part in the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive product support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Monitor stock levels; create and submit purchase orders for van parts, wood components, and retail items.
- Enter customer orders into our CRM/ERP, prepare quotes, and follow up on approvals.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to confirm timelines and availability.
- Track open orders, generate status reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Maintain vendor relationships—compare pricing, negotiate terms, and track deliveries.
- Update product catalogs, SKU listings, and inventory records in our system.
- Manage calendars and meeting logistics for Sales, Marketing, and the CEO.
- Keep the lobby, common areas, and rental vans clean and guests‐ready.
- Perform light clerical work: data entry, filing, and document prep.
- Assist at company open‐houses or trade shows (occasional weekends), with extra pay and hands‐on sales exposure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in sales/business/or marketing a plus.
- Some Overlanding gear and offroad vehicle knowledge preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, retail sales, or office administration.
- Strong verbal, written, and texting communication skills; professional etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, self‐starter who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
