By participating in the Vacation in Art Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to these Official Rules.

(collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who:
- Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Are able to travel to San Diego, California, to redeem the prize
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 3/1/2026and ends on 3/11/2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

Submit your information via the official landing page entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Bonus Entries: Participants may receive one (1) additional entry for each unique friend tagged in the official giveaway Instagram post comments during the Giveaway Period. Tags must be real individuals. Tagging business accounts, duplicate accounts, or the same individual multiple times may result in disqualification.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1200
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for:
- Travel to and from Sandy Vans HQ (9393 Trade Pl, San Diego, CA 92126)
- Insurance, Fuel, campsites, tolls, parking, and personal expenses
- Security deposit and rental agreement compliance
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.
The winner will be notified via:
- Email submitted on the landing page, and/or
- Instagram direct message
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Conditions of Participation
By entering, participants agree:
- To comply with these Official Rules
- That Sponsors may use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation
- To release and hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use
8. Liability Release
Sponsors are not responsible for:
- Technical failures, lost or delayed entries
- Incomplete or inaccurate submissions
- Travel disruptions, accidents, or injuries related to prize use
- Vehicle misuse or violation of rental terms
Winner must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to vehicle use.
9. Privacy
Information submitted will be used for Giveaway administration and marketing communications from Sponsors. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
10. General Terms
- Sponsors reserve the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises integrity
- Disqualify tampered or non-compliant entries
- Verify the eligibility of winner
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Per Instagram rules, this promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
