Product Details

Self rescue for when you are far from help

The farther you drive from pavement, the less likely someone pulls up with jumper cables. A lights-on night or a cold morning can leave the starter battery flat while the house battery is fine. This jump starter rides in a cabinet or glovebox and gets you running again on your own.

Enough power for any Sprinter

It delivers 1350 peak amps and is rated for gas engines up to 6.5L and diesel engines up to 3.5L. Sprinter diesel and gas engines are all inside that range.

Safe to hook up

Its ConnectMax system checks the clamp connection with a 10 second countdown before it sends power, and a green light tells you the clamps are on right. It also guards against reversed clamps, high and low temperatures and other faults, and it shuts off after 60 seconds of no use.

Long life battery

The LiFePO4 battery is rated for over 2,000 cycles and holds a charge for up to 24 months in standby. Recharge it in about an hour with a USB-C charger.

More than a jump starter

Charge your phone, headlamp or GPS from the USB-C or USB-A port, and use the 200 lumen LED as a flashlight, SOS signal or strobe.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits: Universal, any 12V vehicle (gas up to 6.5L, diesel up to 3.5L)

Not compatible with: 24V systems; gas over 6.5L; diesel over 3.5L

How to jump start your van

  1. Make sure the vehicle is 12V.
  2. Clip the red clamp to the battery positive terminal and the black clamp to the negative terminal.
  3. Press the power button. The unit runs a 10 second connection check, and the clamp light turns green when the connection is good.
  4. Start the van.
  5. Press the power button to exit, remove the clamps, then hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it off.

If the battery is too dead for the unit to detect it, the manual covers a forced start mode. Forced start turns off some safety protections, so follow the manual exactly and never let the clamps touch.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Storing it on the dash. Keep it in a shaded cabinet. Storage is rated up to 122°F, and a closed van in the sun gets hotter than that.
  • Charging in the cold. Charge it between 32°F and 113°F.
  • Cranking over and over. Make no more than 5 start attempts in 15 minutes.
  • Letting it sit dead. Top it off after every jump and every few months in storage.
