Built for the long haul — literally. Sandy Squared is a 170" extended Sprinter conversion engineered for full-time van life in the most unforgiving environments on the planet. From Alaskan winters to off-grid desert runs, this build handles everything with the systems, storage, and comfort to match.

EXTERIOR

Sandy Squared arrives ready for whatever the road throws at it. The California Tuned front bumper, Smittybilt winch, and dual pod lights mean recovery is always an option. A full roof rack with walkable decking holds four solar panels and a Starlink Mini — staying connected wherever you park it. New wheels, side steps, and a clean gray wrap round out a rig that looks as capable as it is.

POWER & ELECTRICAL

Four 280Ah batteries. Four solar panels. Victron 75 management system. This electrical setup is built for serious off-grid living — not weekend trips. The serviceable electrical door panel keeps everything accessible, and our signature wireless fan system means no dangling wires during maintenance. Clean installs. Happy technicians.

CLIMATE CONTROL

Cold weather isn't a problem — it's the whole point. The Rixen system runs triple duty: diesel furnace, hot water, and radiant floor heating throughout the entire van and garage. Cruising Comfort AC drops the interior 20° in under 30 minutes when the sun hits. Sandy Squared is comfortable year-round, no compromises.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The interior is wrapped in nano with white marble accents — minimal, clean, and built to live in. An 8.1 cubic foot stainless fridge (our largest yet), full cooktop, and a flip-up counter that opens into a lounge when the seats swivel. Overhead cabinets run deep for pantry storage. Every drawer has dividers. Every inch has a purpose.

BATHROOM

The infinity shower recycles water and heats via a dedicated furnace duct — close the Nautilus door and it becomes a sauna or a drying room for wetsuits and gear. Top-down rainfall showerhead, built-in clothesline, and a wide serviceable partition for full access to water fittings and filtration.

GARAGE & STORAGE

A full-width garage with a 5-foot, 500lb-rated pull-out drawer. Two Boost Boxes. Storage overhead, underfoot, and everywhere in between — including a dedicated wardrobe with dividers for full-time living. This van doesn't ask you to choose between gear and comfort.

COLD WEATHER ENGINEERING

Every drain line is wrapped four layers deep: thermostatic heat wire, foam tape, foam insulation, cold weather tape. Gray tank heaters. Motorized ball valves fully protected. Built to handle Alaska without a second thought.
